I've paid but haven't received my download link
Your login details are displayed on the thank-you page immediately after payment via PayPal. If you missed them or can't find them, submit a support ticket above and we'll resend your credentials.
The tool won't open in my browser
SurveyPhrase Pro works in all modern browsers — Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. Try opening the HTML file in a different browser. If the file asks you to allow scripts, click Allow. If you're still having trouble, submit a ticket and tell us which browser and operating system you're using.
My custom phrases and favourites have disappeared
Custom phrases and favourites are stored in your browser's local storage. They are specific to the browser and device you used when you saved them. If you've switched browser or cleared your browser history/cache, this will clear the stored data. We recommend exporting your custom phrases using the CSV download function periodically as a backup.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription directly in your PayPal account under recurring payments. Alternatively, email us at
[email protected] before your renewal date and we'll cancel it for you. Please see our Terms and Conditions for our refund policy.
I'd like to enquire about a Corporate licence for more than 10 users
Please select "Corporate licence enquiry" from the subject dropdown in the form above, or email
[email protected] directly with your organisation name and approximate number of users.
I've found an error in a phrase
We take phrase accuracy seriously. Please select "Phrase content question" from the subject dropdown and describe the phrase code, the issue you've found, and any relevant reference. We'll review and update the phrase library accordingly.
