The AI phrase generator lets you describe a defect or observation in plain English and receive a professionally worded phrase ready for your report. It's powered by AI acting in the role of a Chartered Building Surveyor. Each subscription tier includes a generous monthly allowance: 100 phrases for Individual, 500 for Small Firm, and 1,000 for Enterprise. Need more? Just get in touch.

The full phrase library, search and editing features work completely offline. The AI phrase generator requires an internet connection as it uses an external AI service. All other features work without connectivity — ideal for on-site use.

Yes. Custom phrases, edits, and favourites are stored in your browser's local storage and persist between sessions on the same device and browser. For firm licences, we recommend designating one standard device per surveyor for consistent access to customisations.

Absolutely. The tool supports bulk import via CSV or JSON file. This means you can migrate your existing standard clauses directly into SurveyPhrase Pro without retyping.

After payment via PayPal, you'll be redirected to a page with your login details and a link to the members area. You can log in immediately and start using the tool. No installation required — it runs in your browser.

Your licence renews automatically each year via PayPal. We will email you a reminder at least 14 days before renewal so you can cancel if you do not wish to continue. To cancel, email [email protected] before your renewal date, or cancel the subscription directly in your PayPal account. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
